Biography

Stuart specialises in commercial litigation. His practice operates nationwide with an office base in Bristol. He has a deep specialism in complex contractual disputes and commercial litigation, as well as many years’ experience in professional negligence claims.

Stuart was awarded Civil & Commercial Litigation Lawyer of the Year in 2021 at the Lawyer Monthly Legal Awards, and is a well-known figure in the Bristol legal community, serving as Bristol Law Society President in 2023-24.
