Stephen McArdle

Biography

Stephen is an experienced Associate having qualified as a Solicitor in 2007.

He specialises in commercial litigation and property litigation.

Stephen regularly handles cases in the County Court, the High Court and the Land Tribunal and is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution and mediation.

He regularly represents a broad range of business clients including: companies, professionals, commercial landlords & property developers, managing agents, insurers, football clubs, public bodies & local authorities, pension trustees and charities. Stephen is also part of the firm's dedicated SIPP and SSAS group and Construction group. He works closely with specialist barristers and surveyors in the region and nationally.
