Simon is an extremely versatile and experienced commercial litigator , having worked in the London market for thirty years where he has been recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers as a notable practitioner in litigation and dispute resolution with particular expertise in professional negligence, contentious insolvency and fraud. His experience includes acting for lenders and their insurers in hundreds of solicitor and surveyor professional negligence claims during the 1990’s
