Natasha McKeever

Biography

Natasha is a Partner and head of the Disputed Wills and Trusts team at Bolt Burdon.

Natasha has specialised in Disputed Wills and Trusts cases for over 10 years and is able to bring that expert knowledge to professional negligence claims against solicitors and will writers.

Natasha handles claims brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and is able to advise those who have been provided with negligent advice in that respect.

Natasha also advises in Court of Protection proceedings, including statutory will applications and making and contesting deputyship applications and handles negligence actions in these areas.
