Emma Lowe – Senior Associate
Emma is an experienced litigator who advises on every aspect of commercial disputes. She has considerable experience in acting for lenders in claims against solicitors and valuers. She has significant experience in acting for and against large international organisations and Plc’s including retailers. She has particular experience in advising clients in complex contractual, shareholder, warranty and confidential information disputes. She has represented clients seeking High Court interim injunctive relief and advised on search and seizure orders. She has represented clients in the High Court and has adopted many forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution including mediation.
