Biography

Laura is currently recognised by Legal 500 as a Leading Associate in Professional Negligence.

Laura is experienced in acting for private and public companies as well as individuals in a range of disputes which have included complex commercial contracts, breach of directors’ duties, professional negligence, insurance, civil fraud, privacy and construction. Laura is commercially minded and understands the need to resolve disputes cost-effectively. She has first-hand experience of the effectiveness of alternative dispute resolution, having led many without prejudice meetings and mediations. Equally, Laura has a lot of experience in formal legal proceedings (litigation, arbitration and adjudication) if settlements are not possible.
