Kathy Trist

Biography

I qualified as a Legal Executive in 2001 working in the Commercial Department of an Exeter firm. I then qualified as Solicitor in 2004 and commenced working as a General Civil Litigator dealing with all different types of disputes eventually heading the department. In 2018 joining Everys Solicitors as Head of Property and Commercial Litigation and I have a particular interest in disputes involving solicitors, barristers and surveyors where they have failed to meet their clients needs.
