Jayna Patel

Biography

Jayna has a particular technical expertise in Claimant focused professional negligence claims. She is the PNLA’s South England Representative and hosted and chaired the 2022 PNLA conference “The New Normal”.

She has acted for individuals, partnerships and SME’s in relation to claims arising in relation to residential conveyancing/ family/employment/corporate/litigation legal advice, tax and accountancy advice, surveying and valuation advice, architectural services.

Jayna also has experience of acting for lending institutions and pursuing claims against valuers and quantity surveyors.

She is familiar with alternative funding methods e.g. CFA, ATE and Third Party Funding.

Jayna splits her time between London, Cardiff and Winchester.
