Biography
James is a partner in the Tax Litigation & Investigations department at Stewarts. James’ practice is focussed on commercial litigation and professional negligence cases involving all forms of tax and related accountancy advice. He works alongside former HMRC solicitors and Big 4 technical tax specialists at Stewarts who consult and provide technical tax support as required. James has been recognised in Legal 500 2021 in which he was described by market sources as “an outstanding litigator. He has a keen mind and always thinks several steps ahead.” James was also Top Ranked in the Contentious Tax and Trusts Lawyers category in Spears 500 2020 and 2021.
