Biography
Helen joined Simpson Millar in 1997, and has a broad range of experience in acting in a variety of disputes, ranging from high-value and complex commercial disputes, to acting for individuals in a wide range of consumer related disputes.
Helen’s experience of dispute resolution covers commercial agents, franchising, company directors/shareholder disputes, as well as general contract disputes.
She also has experience in Professional Negligence cases acting in claims against Solicitors, Surveyors, Accountants, Financial Advisors and Builders.
She also handles Contentious Probate and Inheritance Act claims.
Helen studied law at Birmingham University and gained an LLB in 1986.
