Biography
Emma has 20 years’ dispute resolution experience, during which time she has acted for individuals and small businesses as well as large national and multi-national companies to include in the defence of complex and high value professional negligence claims. Before joining Indemnity Legal, Emma advised insurance companies on the resolution of insurance claims and she now uses that experience to help policyholders who find themselves in dispute with their insurers.
