Caroline is a senior associate in the dispute resolution team specialising in:
- professional negligence, particularly on behalf of claimants against solicitors, surveyors / valuers, and actuaries
-fraud and white collar crime
-contractual and commercial disputes
-partnership disputes
-company and shareholder disputes
-banking disputes
-insolvency.
Caroline has extensive experience in advising financial institutions, whether for claimants in professional liability and negligence actions, or in the context of insolvency.

She has advised on a wide range of commercial and contract disputes, including agency and partnership issues and warranty/indemnity claims.
