Amanda is a Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution

Amanda advises on a wide range of commercial disputes and has over 20 years of experience acting for and assisting companies, partnerships and high net worth individuals. She has expertise in all types of contractual disputes and particular expertise in professional negligence, finance and property issues, construction and engineering, software licensing and insurance disputes.

Amanda is also assisting the Media team with the large scale NGN phone hacking litigation where Hamlins are Lead Solicitor, and the MGN phone hacking litigation. She has experience in all dispute resolution processes including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and settlement negotiations.
