It was my experience as a property developer which led me to establishing DevAssist. I could see the absolute need for a quick, comprehensive and affordable way for buyers at all levels had a way of identifying and assessing development risk.

Prior to DevAssist, I was involved in the residential housing industry for over 25 years. This involved the formation of three highly successful companies, and the development of several innovative housing developments. My only regret in this period is that I did not have a DevAssist report to identify development risk and potential for me! Those significant investments in time and resource were made based largely on instinct and the basic conveyancing information widely available. It inspired me to rethink how we all invest in properties, and that a better level of insight should be accessible to everyone, regardless of property location or value.

DevAssist was the result of this experience and perspective I had gained and I continue to be proud of the insight me and my team have made available to thousands of buyers and investors since our inception.
