John began his legal career in-house for a large Building Society dealing with a wealth of negligence claims arising from the 2008 recession. He now manages a varied workload in this area pursuing negligent professionals (including solicitors, surveyors, accountants and financial advisors) who have provided incorrect advice to individuals and companies, causing them to incur a loss. John’s experience in this area led to his appointment as the Midlands Representative for the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association. John also specialises in commercial property litigation. John is an expert in all areas of property litigation (including contentious lease renewals, breaches of covenant, forfeiture, rights of way and 1954 Act disputes). John advises landlords practically whilst ensuring their positions are protected. John is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
