The primary objective of the PNLA is to improve the process of dispute resolution for those involved in professional negligence and liability. Since formation in 2004 over many conferences and many years a network of friends and colleagues has developed throughout the UK and Ireland amongst solicitors, barristers, experts and other specialists with a common interest in this objective.
