I am a partner in our Dispute Resolution team and have been responsible for all professional negligence claims that we pursue on behalf of our clients for 15 years. Within that time, I have been responsible for a large team, conducting a significant volume of claims against –

o Barristers
o Accountants
o Financial advisors
I advise lenders, companies and individuals on their professional negligence claims, in a variety of sectors. In all cases, I provide my clients with legal advice that is clear, practical and cost effective. I am always at the end of the phone to discuss concerns or provide reassurance.
