Biography

Darren is an experienced commercial litigator with particular expertise in the area of professional negligence, acting for both claimants and defendants. He currently leads one of Stewarts’ largest pieces of litigation, the “Ingenious Litigation”, representing over 350 individuals in claims valued at over £200 million in respect of investments made in film and video game partnerships promoted and operated by the Ingenious Media group. The case has involved claims of professional negligence made by a number of high net worth individuals, including well-known personalities, against large banks and accountancy practices.
