Biography
Darren is an experienced litigator with particular expertise in the area of professional negligence, acting for both claimants and defendants. He recently represented over 350 individuals in claims valued at approximately £200 million in respect of investments made in film and video game partnerships promoted and operated by the Ingenious Media group. The case involved claims of professional negligence made by a number of high net worth individuals, including well-known personalities, against large banks and accountancy practices.
